Corrosion Inhibitor
Chilled Water, tempered water and autoclave are similar in application with closed loop water circulation system, the water temperature alone is changed in the process and in heat exchanging unit. Though the system should not have any corrosion theoretically, in actual practice corrosion and scale occurs due to loss of water, make up, oxygen intrusion and biological presence.
Green water treatment solution offer high nitrite, medium nitrite, low nitrite with copper corrosion inhibitor, pH indicator, dispersant and polymer combinations. Molybdenum, silica based corrosion inhibitors with special formulations are also offered depending on the service condition, make up water quality, severity on application and system metallurgy.
